Hire Purchase/Lease Purchase
Hire Purchase can be arranged over a period of repayment up to five years, with a deposit requirement as little as one months payment, however you do have to pay the full VAT on the Equipment or Commercial Vehicle cost up front with your deposit
Businesses can normally take advantage of Capital Allowances such as the Annual Investment Allowance (or Writing Down Allowances), which can often accelerate tax benefits. The Interest element of the facility would also normally be offset against income for tax purposes.
We recommend you speak with your accountant to see if the planned acquisition/s qualify, to discuss the finance options and to check your Tax and VAT Position in relation to this.
